Lerner Enterprises is responsible for the development of numerous properties that entertain Washington and the nation’s visitors. In addition, the Lerner family is the lead investor group that acquired the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball team and we also own a a minority interest in the NHL’s Washington Capitals, NBA’s Washington Wizards, WNBA’s Washington Mystics and Verizon Center. Our other developments include several Marriott hotels throughout the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and Chelsea Piers Sports and Entertainment Complex in New York City. Our most recent acquisition, the Washington Nationals Baseball Team, will soon have a new home at the Navy Yard, the future home of Major League Baseball in the District.

	Washington Nationals Baseball Club Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : District of Columbia Washington, D.C., July 24, 2006 - The Washington Nationals today announced the official transfer of ownership from Major League Baseball to an ownership group headed by Washington developer Theodore N. Lerner, his son Mark D. Lerner, sons-in-law Edward L. Cohen, and Robert K. Tanenbaum, and their families.
	Lincoln Holdings LLC Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : District of Columbia Lincoln Holdings LLC owns the National Hockey League’s Washington Capitals and is a minority owner in Washington Sports and Entertainment, owner of the NBA’s Washington Wizards, WNBA’s Washington Mystics, Verizon Center and the Washington / Baltimore Ticketmaster franchise.
	Courtyard by Marriott at Dulles Town Center Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : Virginia 157-room hotel opened at Dulles Town Center. It is located at Routes 28 and 7 in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia, is located 5 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport and is part of the 554-acre Dulles Town Center master planned development that includes the 1.4 million square foot Dulles Town Center super-regional mall and planned 4.5 million square foot Class 'A' Office Park.
	Residence Inn Dulles Airport at Dulles 28 Centre Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : Virginia The Residence Inn Dulles Airport @ Dulles 28 Centre, a 151-suite hotel, located three miles from Washington Dulles International Airport at Routes 28 and 625 at Pacific Boulevard in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia. The hotel features Marriott's latest room design that incorporates cherry wood, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and flat panel high definition televisions.
	Greenbelt Marriott Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : Maryland Greenbelt Marriott Hotel & Conference Center is a 17-story luxury hotel located in Capitol Office Park at the intersection of the Capital Beltway (I-95/495) and Kenilworth Avenue in Greenbelt, Maryland. With abundant amenities and easy access from both Washington and Baltimore, the 284-room hotel is a popular site for conventioneers as well as tourists. A major renovation of the full-service hotel is completed and included the redesign of 284 guest rooms; luxurious upgrades to the concierge level guest rooms, including flat-panel televisions; and four newly appointed luxury suites. A newly designed lounge bar and a full-service Starbucks completed in 2007.
	Homewood Suites / Hilton Garden Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : Maryland Hilton Garden Inn, a 130,000 sq. ft., 6 stories, 112 rooms, full service luxury hotel and conference center and Homewood Suites, a 6 stories, 87 room hotel located at Shady Grove Road and Blackwell Road will be a part of Fallsgrove Development project in Rockville, Maryland. Construction is underway.
	Chelsea Piers Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : New York Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex is a 30-acre waterfront sports village located between 17th and 23rd Streets along Manhattan's Hudson River. This $120 million, privately-financed project has transformed four historic, but long-neglected, piers into a major center for public recreation and waterfront access.
	Hadley's Park Hotel / Sports / Entertainment : Virginia Hadley's Park is 4,000 square foot playground that revolves around a "Main Street, USA" theme. Hadley's Park, Inc. designs it's playgrounds to provide accessibility to disabled children and their able-bodied friends and siblings. The site was made available to Hadley's Park, Inc. as part of the 554-acre Dulles Town Center master plan community in Dulles, Virginia.
