1000 South Capitol Street, SE

1000 South Capitol Street, SE is a planned 320-unit apartment building located in the Capitol Riverfront District near Nationals Park, the home of the Washington Nationals. The site is within walking distance of the Navy Yard Metro Station and Capitol Hill and enjoys easy access to the many dining, shopping and entertainment attractions in the vibrant Capitol Riverfront, the fastest growing submarket in the Washington area.

The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II

The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II is located in Tysons, Virginia, the 12th largest business district in the country and Fairfax County's downtown. Situated at the intersection of the Capital Beltway (I-495), Route 123, the Dulles Toll Road and footsteps from the new Tysons Corner Metro Station, The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II is the most prestigious address in the Washington D.C. Metro region. Within the 117-acre development are four distinct sectors. Sector I, which has already been completed, includes Tysons Galleria, four award-winning office buildings, all developed by Lerner, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel • Tysons Corner. Tysons Galleria is an 800,000 square foot luxury shopping destination featuring numerous luxurious shops and restaurants. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel • Tysons Corner was named one of the top 50 hotels in the United States by Condé Naste Traveler Reader's Choice Awards and offers elegant accommodations and superior personal service. The office buildings completed by Lerner as part of Sector I include 1600 Tysons Boulevard, a 305,000 square foot office tower; 1650 Tysons Boulevard, a 395,000 square foot office tower; 1750 Tysons Boulevard, a 405,000 square foot office tower and 1800 Tysons Boulevard, a 320,000 square foot office tower. All of the buildings are connected by a climate controlled walkway to each other and to Tysons Galleria and The Ritz-Carlton. 1775 Tysons Boulevard, which is currently in vertical construction, will be the fifth office building developed by Lerner and is registered with the certification goal of LEED® Platinum - the first building and development in Tysons to do so.

1725 Tysons Boulevard

1725 Tysons Boulevard is planned as a 23-story, 600,000 square foot first-class tower. The site is located within Lerner's Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, Virginia, the largest office market in Virginia and 12th largest in the nation. The building will be one block from the new Tysons Corner Metro Station.

Beaumeade Corporate Park

Beaumeade Corporate Park is located in Ashburn in Loudoun County, Virginia, one of the fastest growing and wealthiest counties in the United States. One Beaumeade Corporate Park, a planned 175,000 square foot office building, designed for LEED Gold certification, and is the first phase of the 684-acre Class 'A' Office Park.

Dulles Highpoint

Dulles Highpoint is a 57-acre planned multi-use development located in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia. The park will include 600,000 square feet of office space and a proposed hotel. The development is located off Route 28 and is accessible by the recently completed Pacific Boulevard. It is within the Dulles Technology Corridor and is within three miles of Washington Dulles International Airport. The site is located in Loudoun County, Virginia, one of the fastest growing and wealthiest counties in the United States. Sites are available for lease and build-to-suit.

2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard

Tower Oaks is a mixed-use development located in Rockville, Maryland, at the intersection of Wootton Parkway and Tower Oaks Boulevard. The project is a joint venture between Lerner and The Tower Companies. The first phase of the development is 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard, a completed nine-story 200,000 square foot LEED Platinum office building and headquarters for both Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies. Stanford Grill at 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard opened in the fall of 2015. Leasing is currently in progress. Hotel and residential towers are also planned as part of the Tower Oaks development.

Black Hill

Located off I-270 in Germantown, Maryland, Black Hill is a 75-acre planned mixed-use development that will feature 1.3 million square feet of office, residential and hotel projects. The development is located in Montgomery County, Maryland, one of the nation's most affluent and populous counties.

Key West Center at Fallsgrove

Key West Center at Fallsgrove is a planned two-building complex totaling 208,000 square foot at 1900 Research Boulevard at Gude Drive in Rockville, Maryland. The complex offers easy access to I-270, is minutes from I-495 the Capital Beltway and is a short drive from the Shady Grove and Rockville Metro Stations, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Fallsgrove Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites, Johns Hopkins Life Sciences and Fallsgrove Village Center. It is strategically located within the Montgomery County's Life Sciences Corridor.

Fallsgrove Plaza

Fallsgrove Plaza is a 110,000 square foot Class A medical | office building located at 14995 Shady Grove Road in Rockville, Maryland. The building achieved LEED® Gold certification and offers easy access to I-270, is minutes from I-495 the Capital Beltway and is a short drive from the Shady Grove and Rockville Metro Stations, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Johns Hopkins Life Sciences Center, Fallsgrove Hilton Garden Inn • Homewood Suites and Fallsgrove Village Center. The site is strategically located within the Montgomery County's Life Sciences Corridor. Nicholas M. Zuppas and David A. Gittleson of Gittleson Zuppas Medical Realty will head the leasing effort for the new building. The firm specializes in leasing to firms in the medical field throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in addition to representing numerous medical practices. Building is ready for occupancy. Leasing opportunities are available.

These for-sale homes are developed by Oak Hill Properties. The communities are located in Round Hill, Virginia and New Market, Maryland. The distinctive residences are semi-custom, hand crafted single-family homes that offer distinctive designs. Situated at the intersection of the Capital Beltway (I-495), Route 123 and the Dulles Toll Road, The Residences at Tysons II will be the most prestigious address in the suburban Washington area and will be adjacent to Tysons Galleria, The Ritz-Carlton and the area's finest restaurants, office and entertainment centers. The towers will be located one block from the new Tysons Corner Metro Station.

Nokes Plaza at Dulles Town Center

Nokes Plaza at Dulles Town Center is a planned 56,000 square foot mixed-use office | medical | retail building at The Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center. The building is projected to be completed in 2015 and will be located at the confluence of City Center and Nokes Boulevards adjacent to Windmill Parc at Dulles Town Center, a 437 luxury apartment home community that opened in January 2015. The project also includes two highly visible retail pad sites located on Nokes Boulevard.

The Grove at Gainesville

The Grove at Gainesville is a planned mixed-use project with over 1,000,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, hotel, and office space in an Open-Air Main Street Town Center setting. The development is located in Prince William County, Virginia, one of the fastest growing counties in the nation, and is located at the intersection of Interstate 66 and Virginia Route 29.
